What is the rarest MBTI type?
INFJ is generally considered the rarest, estimated at roughly 1–2% of the population. INTJ, ENTJ, and ENFJ are also uncommon at 2–4% each. ISTJ is one of the most common, at around 11–14%.
Can my MBTI type change over time?
Your core preferences tend to remain stable across adulthood, but test results can shift based on mood, life phase, and which aspects of yourself you’re currently emphasizing.
